Refund & Cancellation Policy – R2H LIVE (Release-to-Home)
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and payment reversals are handled on the R2H LIVE (Release-to-Home) platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions.
1. General Policy
R2H LIVE operates as a technology-enabled, marketplace-based content release platform. Payments made on the Platform are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by applicable law.
2. Subscriptions
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period
• Cancellation of a subscription will stop future billing cycles
• No refunds are provided for partial or unused subscription periods
Subscription access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
3. Pay-Per-View (PPV) & Rentals
• Payments for Pay-Per-View or rental content are non-refundable once access is granted
• Rental access is limited to the duration specified at the time of purchase
• Viewing issues caused by user devices, connectivity, or compatibility are not eligible for refunds
4. Advertisement-Supported Content
Content made available under an advertisement-supported model does not involve direct payment by the viewer and is therefore not eligible for refunds.
5. Exceptional Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Failed transactions where access was not granted
• Proven unauthorised transactions, subject to verification
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by R2H LIVE.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under eligible circumstances, users must contact support with the following details:
• Registered email address
• Transaction ID or payment reference
• Description of the issue
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time from the date of the transaction. Late requests may not be processed.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
R2H LIVE is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial service providers.
8. Creator Earnings & Payouts
Refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals may impact creator earnings associated with the affected transaction. Adjustments, if any, will be reflected in creator dashboards in accordance with platform policies.
9. Policy Updates
R2H LIVE reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
